1. Acceptance of Agreements

Welcome to Eduvalleys. By utilizing our portal, submitting an enquiry, or applying for an MBBS (MBBCh) degree through our counseling pipelines, you strictly abide by these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Accuracy of Application Data

Information provided by the user (NEET scores, Marksheets, Passports) must be unconditionally authentic. Eduvalleys is not responsible for admission rejection, visa denial, or institutional termination stemming from falsified, forged, or hidden user documentation.

3. Modification of Admission Protocols

Tuition metrics (like the $8,000 fee parameters), accommodation quotas, and visa regulations in Egypt are subject to direct modifications by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and NMC abroad schemas. Eduvalleys provides approximations based on current legislation but is not liable for sovereign governmental inflation or policy changes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Eduvalleys or its constituents be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from delays in university responses, flights, or student lifestyle factors outside the direct operational capability of our admission pipelines.
